Your order will arrive in between 3 to 6 business days. We will send you an email notification that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. By clicking on the tracking number, you can follow your package at every moments.

The international shipping process may take 2 to 4 weeks, because on some occasions the custom departments do have the right to hold items. Our hands are bound on that. You can follow your package at every moment with the tracking number we’ve send in your email. Feel free to ask us for support and help in case you think something is off with the shipping, it will be our pleasure to assist you. In case they are fee (extra taxes and duties) with the politics shipping of your country, it’s your responsibility to assume them.

At MÜ skincare, we are doing our best to please your demand as fast as we can, by shipping quickly your order. Which mean NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. Please, reach us as soon as possible with the subject “CANCELLATION” + Tracking number + NAME by email at firstname.lastname@example.org , we will let you know what we can do.

- We’ve sent you the wrong product.
If this occurs, please contact us ASAP (within 72 hr) with a picture of the unexpected item. We will address the issue as soon as we are able.
- The package is broken or damaged.
If this occurs, please contact us ASAP (within 72 hr) with a picture of the damaged/broken item(s). We will address the issue as soon as we are able.
The sooner you inform us of the issue, the sooner we can solve it.
In the case of a lost or stolen package(s), we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund.

For cancellations, we ask that you give us a minimum of 24-48 hours' notice before the appointment time. This gives us an opportunity to open the time slot to another client.

Where are you located?
Why isn't our address disclosed on the website? Well, our delightful boutique, treatment centre, and our home are one and the same location. For this reason, the address isn't on public display. Upon booking an appointment or arranging a pick-up time, you will receive an email listing the address. We can say that we are located near Marché Maisonneuve if you want a ballpark in order to calculate travel time or parking availability.

For MÜ Care Treatments and appointments, we accept e-transfers only.
P I C K - U P S
We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick-up. (Be sure to check your spam folder). In this email, you will be given further information to set a pick-up time and provided the pick-up location.
