Application: Use on clean, dry skin for 3-5 minutes daily.
Recommended Gua Sha Exercises:
- Jawline and Chin: Glide the Gua Sha sculpting tool up- and outwards from the centre of the chin to the earlobe to contour the jaw. Repeat 5 times on each side of the jaw.
- Forehead: Start at the centre of the forehead and glide the Gua Sha sculpting tool up to the hairline. Repeat 5 times in the centre and either side of the forehead.

Skin type: Sensitive, Normal, Dry, Combination, and Oily
